There will be a parking spot available for you behind the gate. Please use the spot farthest to the right. We usually only use this back entrance since Torrey Pines is a busy street and you can't park on it. We only use the keypad to lock the door. You are literally a block from Girard Ave, 2 blocks from Prospect St. and a 10 minute walk to the La Jolla Cove and Children's Pool. La Jolla Shores and Windansea are about a 5 minute drive. You are in close proximity of our neighbors so please do be mindful of noise levels during the day and night. If you are mainly here to explore La Jolla you won't need to drive much. You can walk to most places from our home. There is a bus system which runs throughout San Diego with stops near our front door on Torrey Pines Road, and Uber and Lyft are frequently used as well (usually arrive within as little as minute). ➤ You share a wall with our tenant, please be mindful of noise. You also share the parking lot (which fits three cars, one is the tenants) and the washer and dryer which is located in the yard outside behind the kitchen. You will be able to use two of these three parking spots and will have full access to the washer and dryer. ➤ For bookings two weeks or longer, our housekeeper will come clean once every two weeks during your stay. ***This service is not included in your fee and will need to be paid separately.*** ➤ The home is in a busy neighborhood, and there is street noise. It’s just part of being in the city! We do offer a sound machine in each bedroom to help you sleep.
