This charming terraced house, located in a peaceful cul-de-sac behind the village bakery, offers a cozy retreat in the village of Loges. The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The living room, with a flat-screen TV and a wood-burning stove, offers a relaxing atmosphere for guests. The house is pet-friendly, allowing one medium-sized dog or two small dogs, with a pet deposit of €50. The house's prime location provides a serene environment while being close to the attractions of the Alabâtre coast. Visitors can enjoy the tranquility of the hinterland while exploring nearby towns and sites. Parking is conveniently available on the main street of the village, and vehicle passage is possible in front of the house, as there is a resident living at the end of the cul-de-sac. Upstairs, the accommodation offers two bedrooms: one with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, and the other with a double bed (160x200cm). A bathroom with a toilet is also located on this level. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, and bed linen is provided.
