These studios, approximately 22 m², are located in Font Romeu, known as the sunniest resort in France, in the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees. Each studio features a living room with two pull-out single beds. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. This holiday residence offers a prime location close to Spain and Andorra, perfect for exploring the region's historical, cultural, and natural attractions. Guests can enjoy various outdoor activities, including hiking, mountain biking, and horse riding. Each studio includes an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, and a WC. Most studios offer south, south-east, or south-west exposure and valley views. Wi-Fi, bed linen, and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes) are included. A baby kit and bathroom linen are available for an extra charge. Free outdoor parking is provided. The residence features a heated semi-covered pool, an outdoor pool, and a heated paddling pool, all open in July and August (closed on Saturdays). A deposit and tourist tax are payable on site.
