This modern and comfortable, single-story gמte, renovated from an old barn, accommodates up to four guests, with the possibility of accommodating three additional guests (for a surcharge) using a sofa bed in the living room and a pull-out bed in the second bedroom. The property is adjoining another gמte, allowing for larger groups of up to 11 people when both are rented. Located on the Cholet/Nantes axis, this holiday home is ideally situated for exploring various attractions. It's one hour from the Atlantic coast and beaches, 15 minutes from Cholet (with the Ribou leisure park and L'Autre Usine complex), 40 minutes from Nantes and its famous island machines, 30 minutes from the Boissiטre du Dorי zoo, 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, and only 25 minutes from Clisson, home of the Hellfest festival. A small private pond (300m away) is ideal for fishing and relaxation, and the “La Moine” river is also nearby, offering beautiful walks. The gמte features a large living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen opening onto the dining area and living room, two bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm bed and the other with two 90x200cm beds), a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and vanity unit, and a separate toilet. A large terrace, accessible from the living room and master bedroom, offers outdoor dining space, and a barbecue is also available. A shared washing machine is available in a laundry room shared with the neighboring gמte. High chair and baby cot are available on request. Electricity, heating, and Wi-Fi (with an Ethernet connection option for teleworkers) are included. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an extra charge.House 4 People
