Situated near the borders of Sancerre and Gien, the gמte is a renovated old farm, adjoining another gמte. The ground floor features a cozy living room with a kitchen and lounge area, along with a separate toilet for added convenience. Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, while Bedroom 2 offers two 90 cm beds. The gמte also includes a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. Each gמte has its own private garden space, separated by vegetation, ensuring privacy. Guests can enjoy outdoor meals or relax in their private garden, which is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. A designated parking space is available next to the cottage. The surrounding land is shared with the second gמte, allowing for a sense of community while maintaining privacy. For added comfort, heating is included within a reasonable consumption limit, and the property offers internet access with fiber.
