Gîte de France 4 people

This gîte, housed in an old Breton farm, offers a peaceful setting and an ideal geographical location. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x200) and another with two single beds (90x190) which can be combined into a large bed on request. The gîte is adjoining another gîte and the owner lives nearby. Animals are not mentioned, so it is advisable to contact the owner for any requests regarding pets. Located on the slopes of the Corlay river, 600m from the castle and its pond, this cottage allows you to enjoy nature while being close to amenities. 15km to the south is Lake Guerlédan and Bon Repos Abbey. The Little City of Character of Quintin is 16km to the east, and the Toul Goulic gorges are 22km to the west. The cottage includes on the ground floor a living room-kitchen, a bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a relaxation/reading landing leads to the two bedrooms. Outside, you will benefit from a private gravelled courtyard of 170m², a private courtyard-terrace of 65m² with garden furniture, relaxation lounge and rocking chairs, a parking space and a lawn area with barbecue. high-end plancha (shared with the other gîte).
