This cottage in an old Breton farm offers a peaceful setting with an ideal location. It offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190) and another with two single beds (80x200) which can be combined into a large bed on request. The gîte is adjoining another and the owner lives on site. Pet information is not provided; it is advisable to contact the owner for any requests. Located on the slopes of the Corlay river, 600m from the castle and its pond, this gîte offers easy access to nature and outdoor activities. Lake Guerlédan and Bon Repos Abbey are 15km to the south. The Little City of Character of Quintin is 16km to the east, and the impressive gorges of Toul Goulic are 22km to the west. The cottage includes on the ground floor a living room-kitchen, a bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a relaxation/reading landing leads to the two bedrooms. A private gravelled courtyard of 170m² and a private courtyard terrace of 55m² with garden furniture, relaxation lounge and deck chairs are available. Private parking and a lawn area with high-end barbecue-plancha (shared with the other gîte) complete the facilities. Bed and bathroom linen are included. End of stay cleaning is extra.
