Beautifully renovated coastal cottage, overlooking the beach on one side and a woodland conservation area at the rear. Idyllic seaside location on the west cost of the Isle of Wight, for both calmness and adventure. There are three gardens - one to the rear which connects to the woodlands, a small patio on the sea side for BBQ, and a larger shared green loved by local rabbits. Both the living room and the bedroom have fantastic views over the sea. The cosy living room is the perfect place to watch the yachts sailing by. Or sitting with the family around a lovely log stove, recounting the stories, adventures and special moments of the day. The living room also has an internet-connected Smart TV and a games library. There is wi-fi set up which is accessible throughout the cottage. The master bedroom is a wonderfully spacious room where you can wake up to enjoy a morning cup of tea with great sea views and fresh sea air. There is a new oak freestanding wardrobe and chest of drawers and new roomy king-sized bed. The bedroom has been very tastefully redecorated to give a modern but relaxing look. The second bedroom overlooks the garden to the back of the property, and the woodland conservation area beyond. This room has twin adult sized beds and a tallboy chest of drawers. There is a travel cot available on request. Living Room Wonderful room for anyone who wants a comfortable space to relax and watch the yachts sail by. Internet connected TV and log burning stove. There is a very comfortable leather sofa for hunkering down on and two comfortable armchairs. Dining Room Very classy dining room with a substantial range of dinnerware, glassware and cutlery in handy high cupboards and drawers. Great spot for a fish supper in sight of the sea. A baby's high chair is available on request. Master bedroom The best views of the sea, and the lovely New Forest coastline opposite, are to be found in this comfortable room with king-size bed. Smart freestanding oak wardrobe and chest of drawers provide very ample room for clothes storage. Second bedroom Full size twin beds and a chest of drawers. Great views over the gardens at the rear and the woodlands of the Country Park. Kitchen Brand new and very well-equipped kitchen, with electric oven, built-in microwave, washing machine and plenty of kitchenware. Including that all-important Nespresso coffee maker. Bathroom Modern and brand new with large walk in shower (no bath) with heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Outside Very smart terrace with table and chairs overlooking the sea. Lovely gardens to the rear with direct access to the woodlands. We have been holidaying in the area for over 40 years, and know the area very well. We have some great recommendations for things to do, and places to eat, which we will send you before arrival. Some of the time we will be in the area to meet you, but at other times not.
