In Berry, ideally located within the Brenne Regional Natural Park and on the edge of the Vienne department (Saint-Savin Abbey, Chauvigny, Futuroscope...). Renovated house in a pretty little village, near a river. Raised ground floor: equipped kitchen - living/dining room - 2 independent bedrooms (double bed) - (hidden) - bathroom (bath and shower). Bicycle storage. Oil central heating (€10 per day). 50 euros per week. Unfenced shaded park of 4,000m² at the back of the house with small enclosed space (garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue). Sheets provided, beds made on arrival. For weekends everything is included. This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.
