The property is perfectly situated for exploring the Monיdiטres massif and the stunning Puy d'Agnoux, just a short walk away. Located 3 km from Chaumeil, the cottage is surrounded by lush greenery and offers numerous hiking opportunities, making it a great base for outdoor activities. The local area is rich in history and natural beauty, ensuring there’s plenty to explore and enjoy. Inside, the cottage includes a large Italian-style shower, separate toilet, and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and the property also offers heating, although electricity usage beyond 8kWh per day is charged extra.
