A private lawned area (1000m²) with a terrace and barbecue offers a peaceful spot for relaxation. Nearby, you’ll find the towns of St. Pourçain-sur-Sioule (18 km) and Souvigny (10 km), ideal for day trips. The property is also conveniently located near the RCEA (2 km). Guests can enjoy the on-site swimming pool, accessible from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and visit the nearby farm. The gîte is equipped with essential comforts, including garden furniture, a microwave, and a flat-screen TV, while the owner's farm adds a rural charm to the surroundings. Additional services such as heating, electricity, end-of-stay cleaning, and the option to rent sheets and towels are available at an extra cost. Heating is charged by the day.
