Welcome to the Bermuda Drive Abode! Staycation - Vacation - Any-Cation! We are located in Fleming Island, FL which is Southwest of Jacksonville and about 40 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport. This is a cozy home - great for families or a small group of friends traveling together. The kitchen area is a great hangout - whether it's enjoying morning coffee at the pub top table - or stepping out to the covered patio and relaxing in one of the great rocking chairs - or sipping an evening beverage while dinner is being made! The dining area features seating for all 6 guests and is just off of the kitchen. Unwind in the cozy living room at the end of your day of fun - and enjoy your favorite programs on the SMART TV. Don't forget to bring your login information for your Hulu, Netflix, or Amazon Prime Accounts. We offer YOUTUBE TV with 80+ channels to choose from. There is a great park for kids just around the corner! There is a lot of shopping & restaurants nearby. Doctor's Lake Marina is 10 minutes away. The Owner's Suite features a King Size Bed and En-Suite Bathroom. We also have a Smart TV in the Owner's Suite. The first Guest Bedroom features a Queen Size Bed and the second Guest Bedroom offers two twin beds and also a work area, just in case! We also have a Marvel Super Hero's Arcade Game for a little video game fun! The backyard is quite large and fully fenced for your pup! We are pet friendly! Additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Fee is per pet. Pets must be disclosed in advance. Max 2 dogs. All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee. There is some much to see and do in our surrounding area - whether you enjoy shopping or being on the water - great restaurants - golf - or even if you're here visiting family! You're also close enough to Jacksonville to take in a concert or sporting event! Some amenities are nearby - an additional fee may be required. Bike rental, boat rental, paddleboard rental, golf, etc. **Parties are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Noise Aware as noted in the booking agreement. **Also note - our living area floors are a beige tile with brown flecks with a dark grout. The floors are cleaned and steamed in between guest stays with us. If the property is approved for early arrival, you will receive a message letting you know you can arrive early and we will activate the door code. If you do not receive a message, then the arrival will remain at 4pm EST. Guest Departure is anytime 10am EST or before. If you have not departed by this time and do not have written prior approval for a late departure, you will be assessed a $50 late departure fee for every 30 minute delay. The Cleaning Services we use schedule their teams for multiple cleans in advance and any unplanned delays create issues. With unscheduled/unapproved late departures, they are required to bring in additional team members to assist, which incurs a higher cost that must be charged.
