This quiet villa (lower part of a larger house) offers private access, a pool, and a wooded garden. It sleeps four in two air-conditioned bedrooms (one with two 90cm beds, one with a 160cm bed). Linens/towels are included, and housekeeping is provided. Parties are not allowed. A deposit is required. It can be rented with the upper part (separate entrance/pool) for eight guests total. Located in Saint-François, Guadeloupe, it’s near beaches, restaurants, and the town center (5 minutes). The marina, golf course, casino, and aerodrome are nearby. Beautiful beaches (Raisins Clairs, etc.) are a short drive away, as is Pointe-des-Châteaux. A local market offers fish and spices. The holiday home features a covered terrace, an equipped kitchen open to the living room, a shared bathroom, and a toilet. Amenities include internet and a water reserve system.
