This beachfront studio, located at the entrance to Bonporteau beach, is perfect for two adults and two children. This air-conditioned studio on the first floor (no elevator) features a sleeping area with double bunk beds for children and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. It offers a 10m² terrace with exceptional sea views and a plancha. Quality household services are provided before arrival and after departure, including sheets, towels, soap, and shampoo. Parking spaces are available in front of the residence. Located in a calm and protected environment, this studio is just a 10-minute walk from the city center and a 5-minute walk from the port of Cavalaire. This convenient location allows easy access to numerous shops, bars, restaurants, and the casino. Day trips to St. Tropez and the historic village of Grimaud are also easily accessible (25-minute drive). Many trails nearby offer opportunities to explore the coastline. The 26m² studio includes a large, bright living room, a fully equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hotplates, fridge), and a bathroom with a shower. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, and a hairdryer. Guests also have access to the residence's laundry room with a washing machine.
