This spacious and elegant 125 m² villa in Bandol comfortably accommodates up to six guests. It offers three bedrooms: two with queen-size beds (160cm) and one with two single beds. Pets are not allowed. High-quality bed linen and bath towels, along with natural care products, are provided and included in the cleaning fee. Located in a quiet residential area, the villa is a 15-minute walk from the beach and close to Bandol's city center, where you'll find shops, restaurants, and cafes such as Restaurant de la Plage Dorée and Le Yakka. Bandol is known for its beaches, water sports, vineyards, and wine tastings. A bus stop is a 1-minute walk away, Bandol station is a 20-minute walk (5-minute drive), and Toulon-Hyères Airport is a 45-minute drive. The two-level villa features a private swimming pool (3.5x8m), a garden, a furnished terrace with a barbecue, and a spacious living area with a fireplace and dining room. The fully equipped open kitchen includes modern appliances. There are two bathrooms (one en-suite) and an independent toilet, plus an office space. Amenities include air conditioning, a solarium, TV, stereo system, Wi-Fi, books, children's books, a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, and iron. On-site parking is available.
