My husband and I rent out our spacious guest room at our apartment in Eching-Dietersheim in the north of Munich. In the room there is a double bed, as well as a double sofa bed. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Room has access to our beautiful terrace. *** My husband and I rent out the spacious guest room of our flat in Eching-Dietersheim, located in the north of Munich. It´s equipped with a queensize bed and a sofa bed for two. It has access to our lovely terrace. The space The guest room is equipped with a couch next to the double bed (2 persons), on which two more people can optionally sleep. There is also a small fridge, shelves and dining table. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink, toilet, shower and bathtub. In the dining room, one table for six is available. *** Beside the queen size bed the guest room offers a sofa which can be used as bed for two persons more. Furthermore, there is a small refrigerator, some shelves and a table. The bathroom is equipped with a double washbasin, toilet, bathtub and shower. In the dining room there is a table for up to six persons. Guest access The apartment stretches over 2 levels. The Dachspitz is our private realm. We are happy to share the terrace, bathroom and the entrance area with dining room with you. *** The flat consists of two floors. The upper floor is our private space. We love to share our terrace, entrance area with dining room as well as the bathroom with you. During your stay We speak German. *** We speak English. *** Hablamos español. Other things to note We like to travel a lot and enjoy guests from all over the world. By arrangement, one pick-up/ ride to the airport is possible for 25 euros. Since we laid a nice parquet flooring throughout the apartment, shoes must stay outside. *** We love to travel and look forward to welcome guests from all over the world. By prior arrangement transfer to or from the airport is available for 25 Euro. To protect our lovely wooden floor wearing shoes inside of the flat is not allowed.
