Access to the apartment is via a short staircase, with no apartment above. The entrance leads to a hallway with a refrigerator, while the bright bathroom features a window and a toilet. The main living area opens onto a lovely terrace with a sea view. It is furnished with a BZ sofa (120 cm wide) for two, a lamp, a folding table with chairs, a television, and an air conditioner for added comfort. The kitchen area is functional, with a sink, storage cupboards, a 2-burner electric hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, and a small washing machine. A mill staircase leads to the mezzanine where you'll find a 140 cm bed and a chest of drawers. A parking space is included with the rental. Linen is not provided but can be rented upon request.
