Family-friendly oasis near the beach The space The house is situated on a 1.700 sqm of land surrounded by pine trees, fig, olive and almond trees. The view of the fishing harbor, out to the sea to the island of Telendos is overwhelming. The beach of Melitsachas is in 5-7 min. walkdistance, two other beaches are also within walking distance. On the first floor the house has 2 bedrooms: one with double bed and its own air conditioning and one with two single beds and air conditioning and a bathroom / WC. Downstairs there is a small living room / bedroom with a double (semi-high) bed, permanently installed, a mini kitchen and a bathroom / WC. The terrace is very large and has a great view of the sea. In total, the house can accomodate max. 6 people. The first floor is accessible only by an outside staircase. Cleaning and linen change, is provided once in a week and is included in the price. Wi-Fi is available and is free of charge. Below the house, there are two "studios" with an own terrace. One of them (approx. 35sqm) can be also rent for 30-40.-€ / day. It offers accomodation for 2 additional people. It consists of bath / WC and bedroom with air conditioning. The outdoor area of the house was rearranged recently (2016).
