Our independent house in a quiet village has 2 apartments with separate entrances, each apartment has 2 independent bedrooms for 2 people, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and 1 living room with TV and a sofa bed. This one is on the ground floor and has a balcony with a view. We provide the linens and towels. When you arrive at the village, Casa a Stretta signs will show you the house. Parking spaces are accessible throughout the village, do not go down to the hamlet, the road is dead-end and private. For shopping, there is a Super U 15 minutes away in Ponte Leccia. Other things to note Parking is available throughout the village. Visits to the church and the chapel of Saint Thomas are possible, inquire at the town hall on weekdays. The restaurant is open on Saturdays in winter and every day in July/August. We are not responsible for unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control, such as neighboring construction, neighborhood noise, power or water outages in the area, animal noises (roosters, dogs, etc.), or music during village festivals.
