This 32 m² studio, located on the 5th floor with an elevator, features a balcony with a west-facing view of the parking area. The living room is equipped with a television and a sofa bed. There is a separate sleeping area at the entrance with a 140 cm bed, as well as a cabin area with bunk beds (2x80), separated by a curtain. The studio is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. A ski locker is available on the ground floor for added convenience. The residence is located 900 meters from the center of the resort and just 400 meters from the slopes and the first ski lifts. Situated at an altitude of 1,800 meters, La Mongie is part of the Grand Tourmalet area, the largest ski area in the French Pyrenees, offering a wide range of slopes and ski lifts. The Pic du Midi de Bigorre site, accessible by cable car, provides stunning views and attractions, while the thermal waters of Bagnères-de-Bigorre are only a short distance away. The studio includes a kitchenette with an induction hob, multifunction microwave, and an insulated filter coffee maker. A separate bathroom and toilet are provided, and the apartment has a PVC floor for easy maintenance.
