Schwalbennest House/Sauna & hot tub

Our house Schwalbennest is an old completely newly renovated cottage in the center of Bartholomä. It could probably also be referred to as the smallest hotel in Germany. Each room has its own beautiful bathroom. Courtyard with sauna & hot tub. The space Our swallow's nest is located in the center of Bartholomä. It has three private double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and TV. The rooms are called - Garden Room - Wellness room - Dachspitz In addition to the individual rooms, there is a common room, the dining room with a cozy wood-burning stove and a small sofa. A small kitchen is there to prepare snacks, or coffee and tea. For big cooking, the kitchen is too small. In the courtyard you can enjoy the sun. It has a nice sauna and a hot tub that can be heated with fire. If you don't want to book the whole place, but only one or two rooms, then look for us online or write to us briefly. If the Schwalbennest is shown as available on AirBnB, then all rooms are available. If you have more than 6 guests, our other properties may be of interest to you. Right near the Schwalbennest is also our Ziegerhof (max. 10 people) and our Messmerhäusle (max. 6 people). So, just ask. Guest access The house, the courtyard and a small relaxation room in the courtyard are completely for you. Other things to note Two things are important to mention here: 1.) We have an event catering right next door. This organizes celebrations for closed events. So, on the weekends, the music can be a little louder. 2.) At the moment, our office is right in the courtyard of the Schwalbennest. We're working on changing this in 2016 so you can enjoy 100% privacy.
