Situated on the ground floor of a residence close to shops and public transport, the 30m² apartment faces west, providing a quiet and cozy retreat. The studio is composed of an entrance with wall cupboards, a separate kitchen equipped with a 3-burner ceramic hob, small refrigerator, and Nespresso coffee maker. The living room features a 140x190cm sofa bed, a microwave, and a dining table with four chairs. For additional sleeping space, the cabin bedroom includes 70x180cm bunk beds and a 130x180cm sofa bed, along with ample storage. The apartment also has a shower room with a shower, WC, bidet, and washing machine. Please note that there is no balcony, Wi-Fi, or parking available at the property. Optional services, such as pet accommodation, are available for an additional fee of €40. Services like cleaning, sheets, and towels are not included in the rental price and should be arranged separately.
