Our accommodation is not a hotel but an apartment with character designed to offer you a great experience: - Located very close to the Matabiau train station, the apartment benefits from a beautiful light exposure and paid parking (Effia) nearby. - A friendly living room with table and chairs, sofa (used), armchairs, coffee table and 44'' high-speed wifi television (400 Mb/s fiber) and storage (not renovated) as well as a large balcony overlooking Toulouse! - A fully equipped kitchen with a sink (stained), fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, electric hob, kettle, kitchen utensils, set of pots and pans, Nespresso coffee machine (pods not provided). - A bedroom with Queen Size bed (160x200cm) and an incredible view of northern Toulouse. - A bathroom with a shower (a few worn tiles), a large sink and some storage space. Independent toilets “in their own juice”. Enjoy the charm of the old combined with a partial renovation and tasteful decoration, live an experience like no other! The entire apartment is heated in winter (19° maximum in the room). Traveler access You will be able to enjoy the entire accommodation for the duration of your stay. Although partially renovated and regularly maintained, the apartment has elements of the old one (stained sink, broken tiles, abundant dust, etc.).
