Spacious cabin close to forest, sea and hiking experiences

The cabin is located in green surroundings, right in the middle of the island for those who like to go for mountain hikes, and close to forests, and pastures. It is about 1,5 km to the city center where you will find shops, marina and cafe. Under 2 km you will find church, convenience store, quay with fishing opportunities and Nedstrand "Høyt og Lavt" climbing park. The cabin is of a nice standard, has good bolting space for both children and adults. Good parking facilities. For those bringing a kayak/canoe, it is recommended to paddle both from Leirå Strand and in Lysevatnet. The space Here are the surroundings that offer nature The best thing I know is to go nearby - pretty much all year round. Here you can otherwise relax and enjoy the silence or be active in various forms in the surrounding nature. The cottage is homely and characterized by the fact that it is used by me, family and guests all year round. I pretty much set up guest rooms for Airbnb guests, but if there are many of you, the other rooms will be occupied. The cabin is close to forests and fields, and during the summer, charming, curious cows graze right up to the garden. In autumn you can supply yourself with plums and apples straight from the trees and the whole year is suitable for hiking to one of the nuts nearby. Guest access You have access to the whole cabin except for the bedroom on the 1st floor, but I won't shut down any rooms. I'll set up in upstairs bedrooms that I'll schedule with you before your stay. If you see that you would like to use other beds when you have arrived, please contact me and we will arrange more. The basement can be used for what it's made for: utensils, outdoor living, fishing gear, lawn mower, etc. It is characterized by the accumulation of leaves and grass that I take a smaller cleaning round on in between. Other things to note If you want to swim in Nedstrand, Leirå is the most relevant. It is located about 5 min drive inland. This is a publicly designed beach with good parking conditions, benches, beach volleyball court, lawn, forest path and swamp. Otherwise, you can find cozy little beaches everywhere. The fjord offers both beaches and fishing grounds.
