This pretty house is located in a quiet urbanization approximately 4 km from the seaside resort of L'Estartit.The house is about 200 m from a large communal swimming pool, providing a perfect alternative to the beach. It features a beautiful large terrace with magnificent views. On the ground floor, the living room is equipped with air conditioning, a television, and a fireplace, and opens onto the terrace. There is also a double bedroom with terrace access, a guest toilet, and an open kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.On the 1st floor, you'll find three bedrooms with air conditioning: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a sofa bed. Two bedrooms have access to a terrace with sea views. The floor also includes a bathroom with a toilet and a bathtub/shower. Originally a fishing village, it retains its charming features and boasts a long sandy beach with the Medes Islands, perfect for sailing, kayaking, snorkeling, and diving. The warm center of Estartit, with its restaurants, shops, and port, is worth a visit. Pets are welcome (maximum 2) with a fee of €45 per animal per stay.
