Spacious and great house in quiet surroundings. The cabin is located on a large sunny plot with a lovely garden and fjord views. 4 minutes to walk down to a great pier with boat and boathouse. Fishing opportunities from land or boat. Hiking opportunities that are pram/bicycle friendly and in forests and mountains. Shared playground and a nice beach with excellent bathing opportunities. Wood-burning stove. A separated kitchen with dining table group. 1 piece. Ikea baby chair. Heating cables on the floor in the kitchen. Laundry room with washing machine, bathroom with heated floor and 3 bedrooms. In addition, there is a loft with 1 bedroom and a loft living room with Smart TV. Board games and some children's toys can be found at the cabin. Bedroom on main floor: Bedroom 1: Bunk bed 120x200 downstairs and 90 cm above. Bedroom 2: 180: 200 cm bed. Bedroom 3: Bunk bed 120x200 downstairs and 90 cm above. Crib 60x120 cm. Bedroom loft: Bedroom 4: 120x200 bed and 120x200 All beds have duvets and pillows available. You can choose whether you want to bring your own bed linens or rent from us. Internet and TV: In the cabin there is a wireless internet. TV with Apple TV or Smart TV. Log in to your desired app with your private account. Outdoors is a stunning garden with large flats around the cottage to be able to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. There is a large lawn around the cabin and one great pine tree in the garden. The cabin has a warm location, nice bushes and fruit trees. Trampoline and sandbox where children can play. Walk distance to playground, beach and pier with boat, boathouse and fishing opportunities. Naustet/Fishing/Boat: In the boathouse we have some limited fishing equipment for children/adults and therefore recommend that you bring private fishing equipment if you are interested in fishing. Rent of Heated pool is not included in the cabin rental. Rental of pool, boat and bed linen is agreed directly with the host. The pool is available for rent from May 15 to September 1 Price for pool rental in 2026: 1-7 overnight stays: NOK 4,000. 8-14 overnight stays: 6000 NOK. Pool rental rates shall cover costs with cleanliness, heating and automatic purification facility. Not everyone wants to use the pool, therefore the pool rent is not included in the cabin rent. Please inform host well in advance of arrival if you want to rent a pool. Boat for rent: We have a great 20ft, Finnmaster with 150hp outboard motor and driving console, sonar and chartplotter for rent. Registered for 8 pers. A minimum of one person in the traveling party should hold the boat driver's license to be able to drive the boat legally. There is only a requirement for a boat driver's license for people born after 1980. The boat is usually winter stored during the period November-March. With the boat you can fish and do longer trips. By boat you can actually drive to Åkrafjorden to see magnificent Langfoss. Fact: Langfoss is one of Norway's most beautiful waterfalls. The fall height is 612m and thus Langfoss adds its way among Norway's 5 highest. In 2011, the spectacular waterfall was named one of the world's 10-longest waterfalls!  Prices for renting a boat: - Rent per week: NOK 6000 - Gasoline is not included. (Usually the boat has a full tank upon arrival, on departure day you fill the boat's gas tank to the same level it had upon arrival. How everyone will pay for their own gasoline consumption) Other things to note The cabin is located in an area that is popular for German, French and Dutch guests, but also others who come to fish and walk in the mountains or just to experience peace and quiet in a great area with a pleasant climate. - Outdoor fish cleaning place. - Halibut/redfish - Cod/lythe - Mackerel/herring - Cusk/ling - Salmon/sea trout - Fishing, all year round. - Fishing license not required. Attractions: Trolltunga, Langfoss, Hestanipen, Bondehusvatnet, Låtefoss, Kjeragbolten, Baroniet and Hattebergfossen in Rosendal. Olalihytta tourist cabin with climbing slope for children. The new stave church of TV profile and entrepreneur Leif Einar Lothe ''Lothepus'' which is built as a campsite attraction in Odda. There are many local easy and more demanding hiking trails.
