It is a town with a leading tourist industry and a reference point in the south of the island of Majorca. By car you can reach in 10 minutes the white sandy beaches of the Natural Park of Mondragó or in 20 minutes the area of es Trenc and Colonia de Sant Jordi. This property is only 60 minutes away from Palma where you can go sightseeing, cultural walks or shopping in the most exclusive shops.
