There is another bathroom with a bathtub for the rest of the house. Finally, the house is equipped with oil central heating and there is also a cot and a high chair in case you travel with your baby. The property is located in Selva, a pretty village at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. It is the ideal starting point to get to know the island since the nearest beach, Puerto de Alcudia, is only 23 km away. The town offers all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The weekly market takes place on Wednesdays and there you can buy local and seasonal products. The nearest golf course is the Pollensa Golf course, located 21 km from the property.
