The house offers two floors. On the main floor there is a spacious and beautiful living-dining room with air-conditioning and a great couch which attract for a nap or a TV-sat film. Then you access the renewed kitchen equipped with a gas stove, a table and chairs. There are a bathtub bathroom and three bedrooms with a wardrobe and one fan each. One of them come with two twin beds, and the other two with a double bed, and one is equipped with an en-suite shower bathroom. There are two cots and high chairs available if you are travelling with your babies. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Upstairs there is a second summer living room always open to the fresh sea breeze, and with sofas and a playing area, where getting entertained with the little ones. It can only be accessed from the outside. Cala Morlanda is a beautiful cove of S'Illot, belonging to the municipality of Manacor, with a sandy beach. It has a very easy access to the coastal area of the eastern Mallorca. In more or less 10 km you will reach more than 8 paradisaical beaches and coves.
