This beautiful mountain cottage boasts a great exterior area with an amazing landscape around. There's a fenced area where you can sunbathe on the 4 sun loungers containing a fantastic terrace which is completely furnished for a great meal with your family or friends. You will also find a BBQ that you can use from 16 October till 30 April (the rest of the year, it's forbidden to light a fire in order to protect the forest surroundings). Privacy is total and there are not neighbours nearby, so you won't be disturbed. The cosy living room, with a wood stove, is the perfect place to relax after a day full of activities. Here, you can watch a film in the TV-Sat or enjoy a good reading. The kitchen, which is open to the previous space, offers a gas stovetop, and it is perfect to cook and have lunch right there, since it also counts with a wooden table and chairs, what a luxury! The washing machine, the iron and the ironing board also are in the kitchen. The house comprises two bedrooms with a double bed, a closet and a fan. We can provide with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your children. There is a bathroom which is great to have a relaxing shower after a day of adventures in the island. Finally, the finca features solar panels and an alternator. The property is right in the middle of the mountains of the Tramuntana range, then, the perfect place for those who love nature and excursions. The small towns of Fornalutx (6.5 km away) and Biniaraix (5 km away) are not far away although you must keep in mind that the road that leads to this villages is an unpaved mountain road with curves and that it takes about 20 - 25 minutes to reach to any of them by car. This is the reason why we highly recommend a small car. The wonderful towns of Sóller, Valldemossa or Banyalbufar are easily reachable after that road. And the nearest sandy beach is in Puerto de Sóller, about 13 km away. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
