The view from the comfortable sofa through the large, south-facing windows wanders far into the landscape, which changes again and again with the position of the sun. Sitting here, with a cup of tea or coffee, looking out into the distance and perceiving the silence – and you never want to be anywhere else. The cozy sleeping place on the gallery under the roof lets you unwind comfortably. No street noise or other noises disturb your sleep. Here you will find two adjacent beds (140 x 200 and 120 x 200) with comfortable natural latex mattresses. In the large living room there is a sleeping place on a sheep chair. In the morning, you can do your morning meditation, yoga or gymnastics in the light-flooded bay window or on the rooftop terrace. Or just take a deep breath and drink your coffee. In the modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove and fridge-freezer you will find everything you need for a short or long stay. Here, too, attention was paid to durable quality in all the furnishings. You won't find Ikea and Chinese mass-produced goods here. Wooden boards from the Spessart, high-quality stainless steel pots, cutlery from Switzerland, glasses from Denmark and dishes from Germany – we have individually selected everything and attached great importance to maximum functionality. Because we love things that still look good in 10 years and still fulfill their function perfectly. The simple shower room tiled in wood look offers enough space for all your feel-good utensils. Here, too, you will find echoes of the old building structure with the shelves made of old wooden planks. Underfloor heating and towel warmer, the walk-in shower with rainforest and hand shower, bench and an atmospheric light bar make your morning or evening in this bathroom a small wellness stay. From the roof terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking 360° view of the fields, meadows, forests and mountains of the Spessart and Odenwald. A fantastic place to end the day with a glass of wine at sunset. If we are not renting to guests, the LIGHT STORAGE is also used as a seminar room.
