Lots of light comes through the window front, which extends across the entire width of the house.The smooth-running, wide-opening glass sliding doors lead over the covered terrace into the garden, where the 8 x 3 m large and up to 1.60 m deep infinity pool is located. There are 6 sun loungers available at the pool, there is also an outdoor shower for cooling off in between, as well as a hanging chair for chilling out. To enjoy daily outdoor meals, there is a dining area on the covered terrace, which is accessed directly from the kitchen. A grill is of course available. In the front area of the house there are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a bathroom en suite. These two bedrooms have a ceiling fan. Another shower room can be accessed from the living area. A spacious wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Here, with a view of the garden, is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, air conditioning and its own dressing room. The bathroom is equipped with a large double shower, bidet and bathtub. A fully equipped fitness room with various sports equipment can also be used. The house is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. By installing a fireplace and underfloor heating, the property can be heated very well and is therefore ideal for guests who also, or especially, appreciate Mallorca in winter.Electricity consumption is billed according to consumption (0.40 euros / kWh) and will be offset against a deposit of €300.00 to be paid in cash at the end of your stay. The two bedrooms on the ground floor have a ceiling fan. The upstairs bedroom has air conditioning. The main tenant must be at least 25 years old. The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).
