The flat offers an ideal starting point for extensive hiking tours along the Traumpfade and Traumpfädchen trails. Pyrmont Castle and Eltz Castle, the Elzbach Valley, the nearby Moselle with various leisure activities, Maria Laach and the motorsport mecca, the Nürburgring, are not far away.
