A covered 25m² terrace with garden furniture and outdoor dining adjoins the living room. Upstairs, a spacious 40m² master suite includes a double bed (160x200 cm) and a private bathroom with shower, sink, and WC. The property is unoverlooked, comfortable, and designed for guests who value environmental respect, with eco-friendly cleaning products provided.
