Located in the heart of Vila Olímpia, this apartment has an excellent location just a few blocks from Faria Lima Avenue, Vila Olímpia Shopping Mall, bakery, pharmacy and universities such as Anhembi Morumbi and Cásper Líbero. Other things to note For reservations with a period of more than one month, the common expenses of the apartment will be apportioned among residents (usually 2 or 3). This amount varies each month, but it is usually around R$100 to R$150.00.
