From the spacious living/dining area with an open, very well-equipped kitchen, you can access the southwest-facing terrace and the sunny garden, which is furnished with new garden furniture, loungers and a parasol. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the bathroom, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view over the extensive park to the sea. There is another bathroom with a shower on the first floor. The well-maintained spa park borders directly on the vacation home and, with its beautiful, spacious children's playground, offers plenty of fun and adventure for the little vacation guests as well. From the Seestern beach house, you can easily reach the natural Baltic Sea beach, which is about 220 meters away, on foot. The marina at Kap Königshörn and the beautiful, kilometer-long white sandy beach of Schaabe are also within walking distance of your vacation home. After a long walk on the beach, a day at the beach or a trip to one of the island's many attractions, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the wood-burning stove or on the garden terrace and wind down from the day in a relaxed manner. The vacation home is a non-smoking accommodation. The parking space is located directly at the property. Storage facilities (lockable) for bicycles are provided. Shops, bakeries, restaurants and a beverage store are in the immediate vicinity. Books for adults and children, as well as various board games, are also available for you. Dogs are welcome here! (Fee 5 euros/per dog/per night).
