The terrace and the private swimming pool are south-facing to enjoy the sun the whole day, with also several shaded areas to relax. The holiday home is located at the front and on the first line of the quiet and secured urbanisation “Panoramic Beach Resort”. This offers a beautiful view of the skyline of Finestrat, the coast of Benidorm, the Mediterranean Sea and the mountain Puig Campana with its famous “Ruta Kilómetro del Puig Campana” in Finestrat. There is one free private parking space (= numbered with house number 3E) located in front of the holiday home.
