This detached, restyled holiday home is located in the expansive Ferienresort Bad Bentheim holiday park. It's not far from the Dutch/German border, 20 km south of Nordhorn. The holiday home is fully furnished and comfortably accommodates a maximum of four adults and two children up to the age of 12. It spans two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room that includes a children's table and a kitchenette. Additionally, there is a TV equipped with streaming functions. This allows you to stream apps from your tablet or phone to the TV via your own accounts. There is also an open plan kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. In the hall, there is a toilet. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. One of them is equipped with a double bed and a TV, another one has two single beds, and finally, there is a children's bedroom furnished with two single children's beds (90 x 180 cm). The children's bedroom is decorated entirely in the playful Koos Rabbit theme. There is one bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. There is a gate installed on the landing. There is a lovely garden outside, complete with a terrace and garden furniture. This includes two sun loungers and a hand cart. There is parking for two cars at the house.
