In the exterior of this wonderful urbanization in which the accommodation is located, you will find a shared salt swimming pool of 20mx10m and a depth range from 1.2m to 2m. For the little ones there is also a playground and children's pool of 0.40m deep so that they can have fun and cool off safely. In the facilities you will also find a tennis court and a large communal garden where you can sunbathe. On the terrace of the apartment you will find sun loungers and a dining area where you can enjoy your evenings with your companions. Please note that as this is a flat, there are direct neighbours, so privacy is partial. Inside, you will find a bright living-dining room equipped with a TV that gives direct access to the kitchen, which has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, you have a nice bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the terrace. An additional person will be able to rest comfortably on the sofa bed located in the living room. A complete bathroom with shower completes the accommodation. The property has centralized AC that cools or heats the room, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
