In this fantastic two-storey house you can choose between relaxing in the chill-out area or preparing a delicious barbecue, depending on which of the two terraces you are on. Despite having partial privacy due to having neighbours nearby, it is a very quiet residential area. Inside you will also find everything you need to make your stay a trip you will not forget. On the main floor you will find a large living room, open to the dining area and equipped with a sofa, two armchairs and television. Next, there is a ceramic hob kitchen with basic utensils so that you can cook in peace and quiet. Before going upstairs, there is a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Upstairs, you have the three remaining bedrooms. Two with double beds and one with two single beds. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower. All the rooms in the house have a fan and if you wish we can provide you with a cot and high chair for your baby. Another bathroom, also with bathtub, completes the house. Just 15 minutes away is La Costilla Beach, one of the most popular beaches with crystal clear waters and quality services. Its impressive marina, home to a large fleet of fishing boats and yachts where sea lovers will enjoy visiting the Naval Base. They can also enjoy typical dishes such as fried fish, fresh seafood and Andalusian gazpacho. The golf course, Rota Golf Club, is also just a few kilometres away.
