The modern open-plan kitchen has an induction hob, oven/microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. On the ground floor are two spacious bedrooms with 2x single beds per bedroom. The luxurious bathroom can be accessed from the hall and has 2 washbasins, toilet and bath/shower. In a separate room there is a washing machine and drying rack that you can use for all your laundry. In the same room is a heat pump boiler that uses heat pump technology to extract heat from the ambient air and use it to heat (potable) water.
