This modern, detached, single-storey holiday home is located in the recently opened holiday park Marina Strandbad, 1.7 km from the small town of Olburgen. Marina Strandbad is located on the banks of Het Zwarte Schaar, almost directly on the river IJssel, 20 km southwest of the Hanseatic city of Zutphen. This holiday home is comfortable and fully furnished. Thanks to the large windows in the living room, the house feels extra spacious. In addition to the living room with smart TV, there also is an open plan kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and microwave. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. You reach the lovely terrace with garden furniture through sliding doors from the living room. There's parking for one car at the holiday home. At holiday park Marina Strandbad, various holiday homes and tiny houses can be booked for two to six people. The holiday park is under development.
