This modern, detached, single-storey holiday home is located in the recently opened holiday park Marina Strandbad, 1.7 km from the small town of Olburgen. Marina Strandbad is located on the banks of Het Zwarte Schaar, almost directly on the river IJssel, 20 km southwest of the Hanseatic city of Zutphen. This cleverly arranged holiday home is furnished in a complete and pleasant way; small is beautiful. In addition to the living room with smart TV, there also is an open plan kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and microwave. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. The bathroom has a shower and a separate toilet. Through the patio doors, you can reach the terrace with garden furniture. There's parking for one car at the holiday home. At holiday park Marina Strandbad, various holiday homes and tiny houses can be booked for two to six people. The holiday park is under development.
