As the place is still renovating, the interiors will be bright and attractive. The bedrooms will have a bathroom and large windows. A top modern chic kitchen is available to our guests. In the winter garden, you can relax, watch TV and look at the beautiful surroundings. There is heating in the whole house for rare but occasionally cool days, we produce water and electricity exclusively with solar energy. Tenerife South Airport is 24 km away. A security deposit of EUR 160,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay.
