La Petite Terrasse - In the hometown of Molière

La Petite Terrasse is a typical 18th century old house now rated 3 Stars - Meuble de Tourisme. We sometimes refer to the house as an "apartment", because while it is a self-contained house, it is a small house. The house is renovated to include 21st century amenities. Located just off the Medieval centre of Pezenas, in a small cup-de-sac, the house has 1 bedroom. First floor: living room, dining area and the kitchen, next floor: large bedroom with a bathroom and WC. There is a small roof terrace, very private, but it is only for the sporty at heart because the stairs to get onto the terrace are steep. We advertise the house as an apartment because it is an individual house, but small enough to be considered an apartment. The house is airy, bright, and we are constantly working to improve the environment. A home away from home, we hope that you, like us, will enjoy the feel of the house and the town. Discreetly in the background, there is a property manager who is always available to give you any help and information that you might need, and ensure that your vacation is as enjoyable as possible.
