Our house is a permitted Vacation Rental. Permit#191317. Near Seacliff State Park and Rio del Mar. Short walk to beach, Marianne's Ice Cream, and Manuel's Restaurant. Access to mountain and street biking nearby. Near Aptos Village shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Upstairs great room is a bright, wonderful place to spend the day rain/shine. Games cabinet is filled with family games. Beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys are available. Please read all information before booking. House is reverse floor plan with the main living space upstairs: Great Room: Well stocked Kitchen, Dining, Living with TV and fireplace, Primary Bedroom, large bathroom with shower, and Patio with bbq. Downstairs is another patio, 2 Bedrooms and one bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and washer and dryer. The house has an outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand. We do have our permit through the county of Santa Cruz. There is an occupancy tax collected by Airbnb. We have a current permit from Santa Cruz County and enforce all noise and occupancy rules. We do not allow any parties or events at the house. Events/parties are defined as any additional people not on original reservations. Fines will be assessed if found in violation and occupancy terminated without refund. We do not allow third party bookings. We require proof of age when making reservation. Person making reservation must be 25 years of age. There is a video doorbell with contracted recording and sound, one camera with contracted recording and sound over the garage driveway, and one camera with contracted recording and sound over the side driveway gate. No dogs allowed. But do note, for those with dog allergies, we occasionally take our dog to the property. Parking is ample for the area, which is rare! We do not allow parking in the garage. There are 2 spaces in the driveway and 2 on the street. Please no smoking or pets. Guests will have access to entire house. Garage is not for parking, only for accessing the beach supplies (chairs, toys). Outside patio access is limited to specific times. No outside activities between 10:00pm and 8:00am because of noise restrictions. Violations will be reported. I can be reached at anytime by phone or email. Check yourself in on the keypad near the front door. I am also a short drive away if you need anything. Walking distance to Seacliff and Rio del Mar Beaches, one of the longest beaches in Santa Cruz County, whale watching or beach play time. Walking distance to popular Marianne's Ice Cream, legendary Manuel's Mexican Restaurant. Close to Nisene Marks State Park, Aptos Village, and Capitola. Close to Corralitos area for wine tasting and fruit picking. As of January 2023 stairway at end of Beachgate Way is closed until further notice from the State Parks. Access to beach is on State Park Drive. The neighborhood is quiet and the houses close together. Noise restrictions enforced from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Our house is in the area near the Beachgate Stairs at Seacliff State Park. No need to drive to beach. You can walk to restaurants and stores. As of January 2023 stairway at end of Beachgate Way is closed until further notice from the State Parks. Access to beach is on State Park Drive. Maximum Occupancy: 6 people total as set by Santa Cruz County. Any additional persons not on original rental agreement may result in occupancy being terminated with no refund and/or collection of additional costs if damage is detected. All names of occupants must be submitted before occupancy. We do not allow third party bookings. We require proof of age when making reservation. Person making reservation must be 25 years of age. The Maximum number of vehicles allowed is 2 in driveway and 2 on street. Our house is in a very quiet neighborhood near Seacliff beach and the houses are close. Santa Cruz County has noise restrictions for outdoor noise. No amplified noise outside at any time. No outside noise or outside use from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Be aware of outside noise at all time. No events or parties are allowed. (event will be defined as a party or gathering with people not part of rental group included at time of rental.) Tenants agree not to use the premise or permit the same to be used for illegal, immoral or improper purposes and agree not to make or permit to be made, any disturbances, noise, or annoyances whatsoever detrimental to the premises, or the comfort land peace of the inhabitants in the vicinity of the premises. Fireworks are prohibited anywhere in Santa Cruz County. Tenants agree to quite time and no outdoor noise on patio or backyard between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am. If Tenants are found in violation, occupancy may be terminated immediately with no refund and possible additional costs of $300.00 (or more if damage occurs). Tenants agree that smoking or vaping is NOT allowed on said premises. If smoke is detected in the premises the Tenants will pay cleaning bill. Occupancy maybe terminated without refund. Trash must be kept in closed containers located in front of large gate. Trash is not allowed to accumulate. Tenant is responsible to pull trash containers to the street on Tuesday before garbage collection on Wednesday. All trash to be removed from house when leaving and disposed in the proper containers. If the containers are full the tenant must take with them, can not be left on ground. Cleaning Fee: Tenant herby agrees to accept property in its present state of cleanliness. They agree to the cleaning fee of $150.00. Any additional damage repair bills, replacement of items or special cleaning will be charged. Removing sheets from bed is not required. Leave towels in bathrooms. Check in time: 4:00pm Check out time: 11:00am
