Beautiful authentic holiday home with pool

This authentic holiday home in the French town of Chantenay-Saint-Imbert features a large swimming pool. The accommodation offers 2 comfortable bedrooms and a mezzanine with a double bed and a bed for children. Ideal for sun holidays with the family! Your faithful four-legged friend is also welcome. Go for a healthy morning walk through the centre of Saint Pierre le Moutier, which can be found 9 km from the holiday home. You can get a breakfast at the supermarket 2 km away and in the evening you can enjoy a nice dinner at a restaurant in one of the nearby towns. The Magny-Cours Formula 1 circuit can be found 20 km away. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own dinner for your party. One of the bathrooms has a washer-dryer and a pleasant cork floor; lovely when you just step out of the shower. In the living room, on the shelf next to the fireplace, you will find many brochures with ideas for excursions. Please use them with care so that other guests can also make use of them. The private pool is open from May to September and is surrounded by 6 aluminium loungers. In the living room and in the master bedroom are the two thermostats used to control the heating. The heating is completely electric, and the procedure is explained in the the property manager folder in the house. Water heating is also controlled electrically. Please use electricity responsibly. You will find all kitchen utensils in the kitchen. Should anything break despite your good care, please let us know so we can arrange for a replacement. Please note the microwave oven can also be used as a conventional oven. Charging a car at the holiday home is strictly forbidden? There is a charging station 2 km away in the nearby industrial area.
