Charming Cozy Canyon Condo

Stay in my charming one bedroom condo near Berkeley in the Oakland hills. It will provide you with a safe and comfortable home from which to explore the wonderful Bay Area. 20 min by car to S.F and 10 min to Oakland's great restaurant scene. The space Enjoy my lovely home in the Oakland Hills on the Berkeley border. My cozy space full of art and comfort. Some of the amenities I offer are a pool, spa, workout room, free WiFi and HD/Blue Ray. In addition I have in door parking if you bring a car. There is also a gas fireplace, an in unit laundry and a little red barbecue on the balcony for intimate evening cookouts. The balcony is filled with flowers and plants and looks out into the redwoods for a lovely calming view! In addition to the private bedroom there is a Mitchell Gold living room couch that opens to a very comfortable queen size bed. In terms of location, you are very close to the freeways (24,580,80 and 13), BART, Berkeley, and San Francisco. There is a bus to San Francisco stops at the front gate. It takes 40 minutes to SFO and 20 minutes to Oakland airport. The condo is in a secluded location (which says something, given that you're surrounded by hundreds of other condos in the same well-maintained complex--but that's how it feels!) but close to nice shopping districts (Rockridge, Montclair and Berkeley's 4th Street) and restaurants. Don't forget to try Rick and Ann's--a restaurant down the hill, with a brunch that will leave you hooked and the Claremont Hotel for fine dinning. Try the Terrace Cafe on Broadway Terrace just 2 exits down from my place This building is quiet with coded access so it is completely safe. If you are in the Bay Area for fun or for work this is the perfect space for you! Guest access You will have your own covered parking place, gym, outside swimming pool and jacuzzi. Other things to note Some people have told me they feel as if they were on a retreat when they stayed in my condo.
