De woning is gelijkvloers en ligt aan de binnenhaven van Jachthaven Uitgeest. Assum heeft een prachtige open keuken, die over de ruime woonkamer kijkt en voorzien is van inventaris. Er is een koffiezetapparaat, senseo, waterkoker, koelkast, magnetron/oven en vaatwasser aanwezig. U kunt koken op een 4-pits gasfornuis. De badkamer heeft een luxe douche en een ligbad. Er is een wasmachine en droger aanwezig. In totaal zijn er drie slaapkamers. De woning heeft een ruim terras aan de binnenhaven van jachthaven Uitgeest. De jachthaven ligt aan het Uitgeester- en Alkmaardermeer. Op de jachthaven bevindt zich onder andere een kleine supermarkt en petit café, een restaurant, een zeilschool, fietsverhuur en bootverhuur. Als u tussen mei en oktober minimaal een week bij ons verblijft dan krijgt een halve dag sloepvaren cadeau! Op loopafstand is het pittoreske Uitgeest en binnen 20 minuten rijden bent u op het stand. Ook steden als Amsterdam, Alkmaar en Haarlem zijn binnen een half uur te bereiken. Assum groot zijn twee identieke huizen die ook gekoppeld gehuurd kunnen worden.
