It is very bright (south facing), very comfortable, functional, very pleasant to live in, all air-conditioned (3 reversible AIR CONDITIONING) with loggia, private garden, private parking. Ideal base to discover the beautiful city of Avignon and its region. The space This apartment is part of the construction of our main house, so it is located on our land but is totally independent. It's like a SMALL HOUSE that has its own separate access, a loggia where it's good to eat meals, read…a shady PRIVATE GARDEN (with its own table, chairs and sunbeds). The tenants are quiet, the place is very QUIET, wooded, and the construction is done in such a way that we owners, only very rarely meet the tenants of the apartment... A truly privileged place! The accommodation consists of: an American kitchen a living-dining room 1 bedroom 1 bathroom (Bathtub) a separate toilet a Loggia of a garden and parking.(2 cars) 4 Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed (160 X 200), 1 sofa bed (140 X 190) Linens (sheets, cases, towels) are not provided. Guest access Once in Avignon take the Daladier bridge that spans the Rhône, then continue straight to the plateau of Bellevue. Then follow the direction "les Hauts de Villeneuve" When you arrive at the crossroads between the bd de Lattre de Tassigny and Avenue du Mont Ventoux on the left, at the stop you turn left towards the av de Mont Ventoux and then again on the left take the private path that goes up towards the entrance of the Villégiales residence. Door: code 3964 You go into the residence (approx. 100 m) and take the first left: small dead end lane that goes down. Bottom right: white gate: code 1949. You go up to our private parking and park next to the van shed. To the right of the garage gates, the entrance to the apartment. Welcome to the apartment Think about your sleeping equipment and towels. The apartment must be returned clean, in the condition in which you found it when you returned, otherwise €50 cleaning fee will be charged to you. Other things to note Villeneuve is at the crossroads of 3 departments: the Gard, the Vaucluse and the Bouches du Rhône; it is the starting point of many excursions: first of all Villeneuve les Avignon, its chartreuse, its tower Philippe le Bel, Avignon and its famous Palace of the Popes, the Alpilles, the Baux de Provence, the Ventoux, the Lubéron, the Camargue, the Saintes Maries de la Mer, the Pont du Gard, Saint Rémy, Vaison la Romaine, Orange, Marseille and its calanques. And of course a nod to gastronomy...the wines of the region (Châteauneuf du pape, Côtes du Rhône) as well as olive oil!
